Why did Enbridge Gas NB create this site?

Enbridge Gas NB is committed to providing an open, transparent customer experience. In the past few months, we’ve been getting some tough questions around our situation with the provincial government and natural gas rates for winter 2013/2014 – so we decided to answer these questions out in the open, with nothing to hide.

How do I see answers?

From the homepage you can simply click on a question, and the answer will appear. While browsing a category, you can easily click on ‘See Answer’, and the answer will appear.

How do I search for an answer?

Using the search bar in the top right hand corner of the screen, you can type in any word and if we have a resulting question or answer, it will appear in a list for you to choose from.

Who answers the questions?

These answers come directly from subject experts who work with our customers and our partners everyday. And we’re proud to say that every single answer is straight from someone who works at Enbridge Gas NB.

Where do the questions come from?

The questions are sourced from a combination of our online customer panel research, social media, and our own customer service channels.

Will my question be posted on the website?

If you asked us a question, we’re certainly working on answering it. If we are getting the same question enough, we’ll work on putting it on this site. Either way, a customer service representative should be in contact with an answer to your question shortly.
